Position Details: Live-Out, Full-Time

Location: Englewood, NJ

Days: Mon – Sat or Mon-Fri

Hours: 7  AM – 3 PM or 12 PM – 8 PM

Compensation: $35 to $45 per hour, W2 (on the books)

Additional Benefits: Maybe medical after period of time

A private family in Englewood, NJ, is seeking two experienced and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeepers to maintain a large residence to a high standard. The ideal candidate is skilled in detailed cleaning, laundry, organization, and the care of fine furnishings, and is reliable, discreet, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a household team.

Main Work Duties:

• Daily and detailed housekeeping throughout a large residence
• Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule
• Laundry, ironing, steaming, and linen care
• Bed making and linen changes
• Kitchen and bathroom detailing
• Care of fine furniture, floors, fixtures, and decorative surfaces
• Closet, pantry, and household organization
• Monitor and restock household supplies
• Maintain guest rooms and common areas in a guest-ready condition
• Assist with seasonal cleaning and household projects
• Communicate maintenance or household concerns to the appropriate person

Required Qualities:

• Experienced in large private residences

• Careful with fine furnishings, surfaces, and belongings

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a large private residence
• Strong experience with detailed cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, steaming, and linen care
• Knowledge of proper care techniques for fine furniture, delicate surfaces, flooring, fixtures, and household furnishings
• Experience maintaining closets, pantries, guest rooms, and household storage areas
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with other household staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable following established household standards, routines, and cleaning schedules
• Able to identify and communicate maintenance concerns or household issues promptly
• Strong professional references from private household employers
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
